Conceptually the tool applies simple ratio math. Playback factor equals target_fps divided by current_fps. If duration and frame_count are supplied, the calculator derives new durations or new frame counts using proportional scaling. An example with current_fps 24 and target_fps 60 shows a factor of 2.5 and, for a 10 s clip, a new duration of about 4.00 s.
