The Oligo Analyzer Thermo tool calculates the melting temperature (Tm) of DNA or RNA oligonucleotides using the nearest-neighbor thermodynamic method. It also computes GC content, molecular weight, extinction coefficient, and other essential properties for molecular biology research. How to Use
