The tool's algorithms parse the MHT container, reconstruct the original HTML structure, resolve embedded resources from the archive, and render to PDF with maintained typography and layout.

The conversion relies on a deterministic pipeline: 1) MHT parsing to extract HTML and resources; 2) resource resolution with embedded or referenced assets; 3) layout preservation using a rendering engine; 4) optional font substitution and metadata embedding; 5) final PDF generation with content integrity checks. Error handling uses strict validation against input MIME type, size limits, and resource availability.
