Error & Edge Cases: If base_text is empty or missing required fields, defaults are applied or an empty output is returned with metadata. If max_chars is out of range, values are clamped. Non-English language handling may be suboptimal. External data unavailability results in fewer hashtag suggestions. Rate limits may apply for batch requests.
